Chat con Nora. Nora es un asistente de inteligencia artificial. Lo que escribes se envía a DeepSeek, el proveedor del modelo, para generar la respuesta. Antes, la web sustituye los correos, teléfonos y DNI que escribas por una marca como «[correo]». Otros datos, como un nombre, sí le llegan: no escribas datos personales en el chat. La conversación, con las respuestas de Nora, se guarda en tu navegador mientras la pestaña está abierta. Base: atender lo que pides antes de un posible encargo (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
Reservar una videollamada. Se piden tu nombre y tu correo para crear la cita en el calendario de Andrea y enviarte la confirmación. La cita guarda también la conversación con Nora, para que Andrea la lea antes de la llamada. DeepSeek recibe esa conversación para resumirla, pero no tu nombre ni el correo del formulario. Para que los avisos lleguen aunque falle algún servicio, los datos de la reserva quedan en Cloudflare hasta 3 días después de terminar el envío de avisos, que puede reintentarse durante unas horas. Tu nombre y tu correo son necesarios para reservar; si prefieres no darlos aquí, escribe al correo de contacto. Base: art. 6.1.b RGPD.
Seguridad y límites contra abusos. Al abrir la agenda, Cloudflare Turnstile analiza datos técnicos del navegador, como la IP, para distinguir personas de programas. Además se llevan contadores por dirección IP, unas horas o un día, y por correo hasta que acaba la llamada. Base: interés legítimo en proteger la web (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
No se envían boletines ni publicidad, no se venden datos y no se toman decisiones automáticas con efectos legales sobre ti.
DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence, China): modelo de IA. Según su política, trata los datos en China, un país sin decisión de adecuación de la Unión Europea. PENDIENTE: garantía para esta transferencia (art. 46 RGPD) o cambio de proveedor.
Cloudflare (alojamiento, Turnstile y almacenamiento temporal), Apple iCloud (calendario), Resend (correos de confirmación) y Google Meet (la videollamada). PENDIENTE: confirmar el país y la garantía de transferencia de cada uno.

Chat with Nora. Nora is an artificial intelligence assistant. What you write is sent to DeepSeek, the model provider, to generate the reply. First, the site replaces any emails, phone numbers and Spanish ID numbers you type with a marker such as “[email]”. Other details, such as a name, do reach it: don’t type personal details in the chat. The conversation, including Nora’s replies, is stored in your browser while the tab is open. Basis: responding to your request before a possible project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Booking a video call. We ask for your name and email to create the appointment in Andrea’s calendar and send you the confirmation. The appointment also stores your conversation with Nora, so Andrea can read it before the call. DeepSeek receives that conversation to summarise it, but not your name or the email from the form. So that notices arrive even if a service fails, the booking details are kept on Cloudflare for up to 3 days after the notices finish sending, which may be retried for a few hours. Your name and email are needed to book; if you’d rather not give them here, write to the contact email. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Security and abuse limits. When you open the calendar, Cloudflare Turnstile analyses technical browser data, such as your IP address, to tell people from programs. We also keep counters per IP address, for a few hours or a day, and per email until the call ends. Basis: legitimate interest in protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We send no newsletters or advertising, sell no data, and make no automated decisions with legal effects on you.
DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence, China): AI model. According to its policy, it processes data in China, a country without an EU adequacy decision. PENDING: safeguard for this transfer (Art. 46 GDPR) or change of provider.
